Work in Poland for foreigners.
CLIENT DESCRIPTION:MAGMA company specializes in the production of fences, enclosures, and garden furniture. The company employs around 70 people, mostly for simple production tasks.
POSITION TITLE:
Production Worker, Production Line Operator.
RATE:
26 PLN/hour net
LOCATION:
Łąkowa 5, 16-500 Sejny
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Simple auxiliary tasks in the production of garden equipment elements (fences, enclosures, wooden furniture, etc.).
Manual handling tasks such as: carry, pass.
WORK SCHEDULE:
2 shifts of 9 hours (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00), including a 30-minute break counted as working time.
Monday–Friday + every second Saturday for 6 hours.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Gender: female
Age: 18–55 years
Trainee positions available.
Candidates must be physically active and agile. People with significant overweight may not keep up with the team’s pace.
Mandatory condition: strict no-smoking policy on company premises.
Preference for non-smokers.
Polish language: not required
Foreign languages: Russian / English / Polish
NATIONALITY:
All except Belarus and Ukraine.
Ukraine — exception if the candidate has relevant experience (experience in similar work or strong willingness to work and learn).

ACCOMMODATION COST:
Housing provided by the client for 2 non-smoking female workers of Magma factory.
Distance: 1.8 km from the factory, approximately 20 minutes on foot.
Cost: 650 PLN net per person.
First month — 18 PLN/day.
TRANSPORT TO WORK:
20 minutes on foot.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Clothing:
Initially not required. Candidates can come in their own work clothes. Gloves and other protective equipment are provided by the company.
Mandatory condition: strict no-smoking policy on company premises. Preference for non-smokers.
A very serious incident occurred in the past due to a cigarette butt.
Only non-smoking employees are accepted, except in cases where one short break outside the premises is sufficient. E-cigarettes are allowed.
Working environment: under shelter, heated halls.
